| HOW TO ORDER Every item that is in our catalog is custom made to order. Because your order will be custom built, we require a down payment of 1/2 the amount of the order at the time you place your order. The remainder of the order is due at the time your order ships out. Please see our "Store Policy" page for full details. Here is how to place your order: Find the product/products that you wish to purchase by browsing through our catalog. Click on the yellow "add" button under the product description. Add as many items to your cart as you wish. When you are finished, proceed to the checkout page and enter your info. You will be asked to select a payment method and enter shipping info. After doing so, click on the "update button". You will then be brought back to the same checkout page and the info will be updated and your shipping will be calculated. Scroll down and click on "continue". You will then be taken to a secure page where you will be prompted to enter your personal info (your shipping and billing addresses and your phone, fax and email). Submit the information and if you elected to pay with your credit card by selecting the option "direct credit card" you will be sent to another secure page where you can submit your credit card information. Enter in your info and click on continue. Next you will be given a confirmation number. You will also receive an email with your order info. ~~If you selected "Direct credit card" and submitted your credit card info on our website, we will debit your card for the 1/2 down payment. We will debit the same card for the remainder due when your order is complete and ready for shipment. ~~If you selected "credit card via phone/fax", we will call you for your credit card info. Once we receive the info we will debit your card for the down payment and then when the order is ready for shipment we will debit your card for the remainder. ~~If you selected "pay via check" we will send you an email with the address to send your check to. We will begin the build once your check clears. We will send you a notice to pay the remainder and we must receive payment before order is shipped out. ~~If you selected "money order" we must receive payment before order is started and the remainder before order ships out. For all orders: When you place your order we will either fax or email to you a contract for a custom build. This contract must be signed and sent back to us before your order will ship out. |
